How to Cancel
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@nordstonejourneys.com.
Cancellation Schedule

| More than 45 days | 10% |
| 30–45 days | 25% |
| 15–29 days | 50% |
| 7–14 days | 80% |
| Less than 7 days / no-show | 100% |
Illustrative schedule, subject to supplier terms — some bookings may carry different or stricter supplier cancellation rules.
Non-Refundable Items
- Air tickets, visas, insurance premiums, foreign exchange charges and certain promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–21 business days after receipt from suppliers.
