Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the non-refundable costs we incur with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.

Cancellation by You

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@nordstonejourneys.com or via WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
