These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Nordstone Journeys.
Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable deposit or full payment and written confirmation from the Company.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations and compliance with destination entry requirements.
- Prices are subject to change before confirmation due to airfare, exchange rates, taxes or supplier changes.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Our Role
- The Company acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers and activity operators.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters or supplier failures beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
