By using the services of Nordstone Journeys Pvt. Ltd. ("Nordstone Journeys", "we", "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Nordstone Journeys.
- All itineraries are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may change prior to booking confirmation.
Payments
- A deposit (amount specified at time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be received by the due date specified in your booking confirmation, typically 30 days before travel.
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices include only those services expressly stated in your itinerary.
- Nordstone Journeys reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after booking confirmation, and will notify you immediately if this occurs.
Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any required visas.
- Nordstone Journeys will provide general guidance on visa requirements but accepts no liability for refused entry due to insufficient documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Nordstone Journeys accepts no liability for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
Our Liability
- Nordstone Journeys acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, airlines, transfer companies). We are not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of these suppliers.
- Our liability is limited to the total value of the services booked through us.
- We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from suppliers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
